In older versions of Outlook, go to Tools, Macros, Macro Security. In Outlook 2007, look on the Tools menu for Trust Center, then Macro Security. Select the bottom option for Low security. Click the Trust Center Settings button then Macro Settings. In Outlook 20, click File, Options, Trust Center. Once you verify the macro works, you can use SelfCert to sign the macro, at which point you will change the security setting to allow signed macros only.
